These terms apply when you use the Cowtown Global online store or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate order, contact and delivery information and to pay the price and applicable shipping charges shown at checkout.

Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens, materials and production runs. Product availability may change without notice.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and remedies are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Australian law.

Unless otherwise stated, Cowtown Global branding, original artwork, product designs, photographs and written content are owned by or licensed to Cowtown Global.

They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content or services for unlawful purposes.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version displayed on the store at the time of your order will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
